How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level all the way around your back.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist. Ted’s tip: bend to one side to find your natural waistline.
Hips
Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips (this should include your bottom!).
